1. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Travel Packages: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 15–29 days before departure are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the departure date.

2. Flights and Hotel Bookings

  • Flight and hotel bookings are subject to the refund policies of the respective service providers. Any applicable airline or hotel cancellation fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable or only partially refundable. Please check the fare rules before booking.

3. Tours and Excursions

  • Day tours and excursions canceled 7 days or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  • No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 7 days of the tour date.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Visa fees, travel insurance, and other administrative services are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team, with your booking reference number and reason for cancellation.
