1. Cancellations and Refunds

Travel Packages: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made between 15–29 days before departure are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the departure date.
2. Flights and Hotel Bookings

Flight and hotel bookings are subject to the refund policies of the respective service providers. Any applicable airline or hotel cancellation fees will be deducted from your refund.

Some bookings may be non-refundable or only partially refundable. Please check the fare rules before booking.
3. Tours and Excursions

Day tours and excursions canceled 7 days or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.

No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 7 days of the tour date.
4. Non-Refundable Services

Visa fees, travel insurance, and other administrative services are non-refundable.
